摘　　要：着力培育和提升大学生的核心竞争力,是高校做好就业工作的根本所在。大学生核心竞争力的培育是一项系统工程。高校就业指导对大学生核心竞争力的培育主要发挥着思想引导、生涯辅导、管理控制和反馈调节等几大功能。实现上述功能,必须实现就业指导的模式转换,着力提升其专业化水平,并加强与教学过程的配合互动。The key of improving employment of college graduates lies in making efforts to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of college students. The cultivation of students＇ core competitiveness is a systematic project. The role of college employment guidance on the formation of the core competitiveness of college students plays the following functions： ideological guidance, career counseling, management and feedback regulation. The above roles can be achieved on the realization of mode conversion, improvement of the professional guidance level, and the strengthening of interaction with the teaching process.
