摘　　要：中国水墨动画是具有强烈中国文化特色的艺术珍品,具有深刻的传承和创新意义。水墨动画受诸多方面的制约,陷入停滞不前的局面。在新的发展形势下,当代水墨动画应发挥传统绘画优势,借助新的技术,以商业模式推动其发展。The Chinese water-ink cartoons are the artistic products with typical Chinese cultural characteristics and the significance of heritage and innovation.But they do not move forward as much as they should became of many holdbacks.Under the development of new situation,the modern water-ink cartoons should develop with the help of new technology and commercial styles.
