北京高职院校就业创业教育现状分析及对策

摘　　要：针对当前存在的大学生就业难的问题,采用文献资料法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,分析了北京高职院校就业创业教育中存在的问题。结果表明:北京高职院校对就业创业教育认知度不够;缺乏教育理论的研究;就业创业课程缺乏必要的支持系统;教师教学实践经验欠缺;大学生综合素质普遍较差等因素严重影响就业创业教育的发展。通过探求北京高职院校就业创业教育发展的对策,为北京高职院校就业创业教育的发展提供理论依据,从而促进北京高职院校学生体面就业、有尊严的就业。By way of literature, interview survey, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this thesis provides an analysis of the problem of the student employment and entrepreneurship difficulty in Beijing＇ s higher vocational colleges. The study shows that, the awareness of employment and entrepreneurship of Beijing＇ s vocational colleges is not enough ; lack of educational theory ; no necessary support systems for employment and entrepreneurship courses ; lack of experience of teaching practice; the general quality of college students is poor, etc. The above factors seri- ously affect the development of employment and entrepreneurship education. By exploring the countermeasures against the employment and entrepreneurship education development, this thesis provides a theoretical basis to promote decent employment.
