摘　　要：心理治疗师的理论取向对治疗过程、结果、治疗师的职业满意度和培训都有重要意义。本文介绍了影响理论取向选择及其改变的相关因素,包括"外部"因素(例如培训、督导等)和"内部"因素(例如人格特点、认识论等),并阐述了其研究意义。The theoretical orientation of psychotherapists is important for the therapeutic process, outcome, practitioner satisfaction and training. This article reviews the factors associated with the choice and alteration of the theoretical orientation, includes the environmental factors （ such as training, supervision, et al. ） and inner factors （such as therapist＇s personality and epistemological traits, et al. ）. The significance to study these factors is dis- cussed, too.
