摘　　要：随着社会快速发展变化,社会竞争日益激烈,大学生表现出不同形式的受挫折过程。本文探讨了开展大学生挫折教育的现实意义,是培养大学生良好心理素质的必要途径,并积极思考和探索引导大学生战胜挫折的有效途径和方法。Frustration is a part of life.With the rapid social development and changes in the increasingly competitive society,college students show different forms of setbacks.This paper discusses the practical significance to carry out education on students＇ frustration,which can help cultivate good psychological quality and positive thinking of college students,and explore an effective way to overcome setbacks and to guide college students.
