摘  要:目的观察复明工程中小切口白内障摘除术联合辅助技术(前囊膜染色、手法劈核)的临床效果。方法以复明工程中白内障患者200例为研究对象,采用随机临床对照研究方法分观察组和对照组:对照组100例(眼)行常规小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术。观察组100例(眼)在常规小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术的基础上,均联合使用辅助技术(前囊膜染色、手法劈核)。对比术后视力、两组手术时间、切口大小、散光、撕囊成功率、后囊破裂、高眼压及角膜水肿等并发症情况。结果两组手术时间无差异,术后1周、1月视力观察组优于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组相比较,观察组切口更小、散光更低、撕囊成功率更高,后囊膜破裂发生率更低。结论辅助技术(前囊膜染色、手法劈核)的联合应用,可以提高复明工程中白内障患者的视觉质量和安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of small incision cataract extraction Combined application of Assistive technology(anterior capsule staining,Manual nucleofragmentation) on sight-regaining program Methods 200 cases of cataract patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group:observation group(n=100) underwent the small incision cataract extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation Combined assistive technologies(anterior capsule staining,Manual nucleofragmentation).100eyes underwent small incision cataract extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation as control.The postoperative vision,operative time,incision size,astigmatism,the success rate of capsulorhexis,the rate of posterior capsule rupture,high intraocular pressure and corneal edema were observed Results No difference in the two groups of operative time, postoperative visual of observation group was better than the control group in 1 week and January,the difference was statistically significant.There was the smaller incision,lower astigmatism,higher success rate of the capsulorhexis.lower rate of posterior capsular rupture in the observation group.Conclusions Assistive Technology(anterior capsule staining,Manual nucleofragmentation) can improve the visual quality and safety of cataract patients on sight-regaining program.
