青光眼术后颞侧小切口白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨青光眼术后颞侧小切口非超乳白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法对27例(36眼)青比眼滤过术后白内障患并采用颞上象限或颞侧小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体情入术,术后随访3-12个月,观察术后视力、眼压及并发症。结果 34眼术后视力均有明显提高,2眼视力不变术中术后未见严重并发症,术后平均眼压(13.26±3.48)mmHg。功能性滤过泡保留完整,未见瘢痕化及渗漏。结论颞侧小切口非超乳白内障摘除及人工晶体植入手术对青光眼术后白内障患者操作简单,视力提高明显,术后并发症少,眼压控制稳定。Objetive To investigate the elfect of extracapsular cataract extration by small incision alter glaucomatous filtering surgery.Methods Nonphacoemulsificatinon extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation through temperal small tunnel incision was performed on 36 eyes of 27 glaucoma patients with preexisting filtering bleb.Results Visual acuity was improved in 34 eyes postoperatively and 2 eyes remained no change.No severe complication was found intraoperatively and postoperatively.The postoperative IOP was（13.26±3.48）mmHg.The function filtering bled had no apparently cicatrisatio n.Conclusion The operation is an effective method to treat cataract after glaucomatous filtering surgery.
