摘 要:国民政府初期,围绕着限制文科类教育、注重实用科学的原则,对全国高等学校院系结构进行了调整,教育学院(系)被视为重要的整顿对象。通过"裁、并、停"等方式进行整顿后,全国高校教育学院(系)的在校生有所减少,但总的来看远未达到预期结果。其主要原因在于:一是国民政府的相关训令不但未能得到多数被整顿学校的认同,相反还遭到学校师生的强烈抵制;二是至1935年前后,国民政府"限制文科类教育"发展的政策发生了转变。In the early period of National Government,around "the limitations of the liberal arts education,and paying attention to the principle of the practical scientific",the National Government had adjusted the faculty structure.College(department) of education were regarded as important object of adjustment,through the methods of "cut,merge,stop" to adjust it,the number of its students had been declined.However,it was far from the expected results.One of the main reasons was that the related reorganization policies of National Government failed to be recognized by the majority of the reorganized schools;on the contrary,these were strongly resisted by teachers and students.Besides,National Government changed the policy of "restrictions on the liberal arts education"in 1935.
