摘　　要：本文通过分析高等学校在新体制、新形势下工作管理模式的转变,探讨了学生工作管理机制的方法,以提高高校学生工作管理能力,为构建可持续发展的高校学生工作理论内涵提供有力依据。In this paper, by analyzing the transformation of the mode of management of colleges and universities in the new system and new situation, the ways of student work management mechanism were explored, to improve college students＂ work management capabilities, provide strong basis for connotation of theoretical college students＂ working theoretical connotation of sustainable development.
