甲状腺乳头状癌组织中EG-1基因的表达分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织中内皮衍生基因-1(EG-1)基因的表达及意义。方法:选取腺体外科收治的24例的甲状腺乳头状癌患者,另取10例良性甲状腺疾病病例作为对照组,通过RT-PCR方法对甲状腺组织进行EG-1基因检测。结果:24例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中检测出16例EG-1mRNA的表达,其阳性表达率为73%(16/24);10例甲状腺瘤组织中检测出2例EG-1mRNA的表达,其阳性表达率为20%(2/10);二者相比较,EG-1mRNA在甲状腺乳头状癌组织的阳性表达率高于甲状腺瘤组织(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺乳头状癌组织中EG-1基因异常高表达,可能与甲状腺癌的发生有关。Objective To investigate the expression of endothelial derived gene-1（EG-1） gene in human thyroid papillary carcinoma.Method RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of EG-1 in 24 thyroid papillary carcinoma specimens and 10 thyroid adenoma specimens.Results The expression of EG-1 mRNA was identified in cancer specimens from 16 of the 24 samples,and that was identified in thyroid adenoma specimens from 2 of the 10 samples,the positivity rate of EG-1 mRNA in thyroid papillary carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adenomas tissue（73% vs 20%,P0.05）.Conclusion The high regulative expression of EG-1 gene is probably involved in the occurrence of thyroid cancer.
