摘　　要：介绍了新型两级三环减速器的结构和工作原理 ,分析了减速器油膜浮动装置油膜浮动的均载原理及在两级三环减速器中的作用 ,样机动态应力试验表明 ,油膜浮动能提高减速器的均载效果 。The structure and principle of a three ring two stage type gear reducer are presented. The principle of equilibrating load by oil film floating and effect of oil film floating device are analyzed.Dynamic stress experiment of the device shows that oil film floating may improve the equilibrating load result. And effective method for improving the performance of three ring gear reducer was provided.
