摘  要:提出一种基于密切曲率法的刀位轨迹预控优化算法 ,使相邻加工轨迹间的残留高度值都等于预定的精度 (残留高度值 ) ,从而达到最大的切削带宽 ,在保证精度的前提下 。A new algorithmpre controlled optimal synthesis of tool path arranging for CNC machining based on curvature catering method is presented in this paper. As all the scallop height values between adjacent tool paths are equal to the maximum allowance by using some algorithms, the numbers of tool paths can be reduced and the length of whole tool paths is reduced significantly, and then high efficiency is obtained while the same accuracy is guaranteed.
