摘 要:通过对牡丹盆花品种‘太阳’、‘银红娇艳’、‘彩霞’、‘富贵满堂’、‘红宝石’、‘洛阳红’、‘乌龙捧盛’的采后特征进行观测发现,重瓣性较强的品种最初衰老特征主要表现为萎蔫;而重瓣性较弱的品种其衰老特征则主要表现为落瓣。在最佳观赏期和观赏期方面,‘洛阳红’是7个品种中表现最佳的品种。以牡丹‘洛阳红’盆花为试验材料研究外源乙烯和1-MCP处理对其开放衰老进程和观赏期的影响,发现经体积分数20μL·L-1的乙烯处理6 h,可促进盆花开放衰老进程,缩短观赏期;而经体积分数2.5μL·L-1的1-MCP处理6 h,可延缓盆花开放衰老进程,并极大地延长盆花最佳观赏期和观赏期。说明1-MCP对牡丹‘洛阳红’盆花采后保鲜具有积极作用。Potted tree peony eultivars ' Taiyang' , ' Yinhong Jiaoyan' , ' Caixia' , ' Fugni Mantang' , ' Hongbaoshi' , ' Luo- yanghong' and ' Wulong Pengsheng' were chosen as the materials to investigate postharvest characteristics. Results indi- cated that most of the culfivars with more petals exhibited initial wilting, while the eultivars with fewer petals showed initial abscission. Based on the analysis of best display period and display life, ' Luoyanghong' performed best among the tree peony eultivars investigated. ' Lnoyanghong' potted flowers were treated with 20 μL·L-1 ethylene or 2.5 μL·L-1 1-MCP for 6 h to study the effects of ethylene and 1-MCP on the opening and senescence process and display life. It revealed that ethylene treatment accelerated the opening and senescence process and shortened the display life of potted flowers. With 1- MCP treatment, the opening and senescence process of flowers was delayed. In addition, both best display period and display life were greatly prolonged. These results suggest that 1-MCP could play a positive role in postharvest preservation of ' Luoyangyong' tree peony potted flowers.
