摘　　要：针对医学生神经外科理论课授课的特点,对教学方法进行了相应改革,激发了学生的兴趣,培养了学生的综合能力,明显提高了教学效果。改革主要有以下四个方面:联系基础与临床学科知识;运用现代化手段;融入启发式教学;引入病例分析。Based on the characteristics of neurosurgery, some changes of teaching methods had been taken, the interest of students was stimulated, comprehensive ability of students was trained, and the teaching effect was improved obviously. What we have had been doing include the following four aspects：contact of the basic and clinical medical knowledge, application of modem methods, integration of heuristic teaching, introduction fo case analysis.
