摘　　要：着重介绍企业在标准化建设中工作标准的建立、构成和模式,并对工作标准制定中应注意的问题进行了较为详细的阐述。强调了企业在工作标准建设中,要与管理标准加以区别的量化特性,为企业工作标准的建立提供参考。Under standardization situation of the company, the compilation of management and work standard, standard compositions and standard model have been introduce in this pa- per emphatically. The matters on which should pay attention during the standard compiling have been discussed comprehensively. The quantification characters of management standard should be distinguished from the work standard during compiling. This paper can be taken as a reference for enterprises during establishing of working standard.
