摘  要:目的:建立肉蔻四神丸的定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中木香、吴茱萸、白芍、肉豆蔻、白术5味药进行鉴别;利用高效液相色谱法测定补骨脂中补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的含量,采用Agilent XDB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,流速以乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为245 nm。结果:薄层鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好;补骨脂素与异补骨脂素分别在0.036~1.77μg和0.036~1.82μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.3%和98.1%。结论:该方法重复性好,可用于肉蔻四神丸的质量控制。Objective: To establish methods on qualitative and quantitative analysis on Roukou Sishen Pills. Meth- ods: TLC was utilized for qualitative identification of Auckladiae Radix, Euodiae Fructus, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Myristicae Semen and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Rhizoma; and the contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in Psoralea Fructus were determined by HPLC. An Agilent XDB -C18 colunm (5 μm, 4.6 mm × 150 mm) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -water(30: 70) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min-1, and the detection wavelength was 245 nm. Results: The method showed that TLC spotting was clear with high resolution. The linear ranges of psoralen and isop- soralen were 0.036-1.77 μg and 0.036 -1.82 μg, the average recoveries (n = 9) were 99.3% and 98.1%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Roukou Sishen Pills.
