摘　　要：背越式跳高已被人们公认为是最先进的跳高技术。它能够更充分地发挥运动员的速度和爆发性用力的潜在能力,它具有快速的技术特征,且能与力量完美的结合起来,使技术动作表现出来很高的效率。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法从运动学角度去分析背越式跳高的技术过程,希望通过此分析可以进一步完善背越式跳高技术理论,为其教学和训练提供一定的理论基础和科学依据。The backstyle high jump has been acknowledged as the most advanced the high jump technology. It can more fully exert the potential ability of athletes＇speed and explosive force, and have the fast technology character, and with the perfect combination of strength, make technology movement performance out of higher efficiency. 11ais paper, through using the method of literature review and logical analysis, discusses the process of backstyle high jump technology from the point of kinematics. The main purpose is to improve the technique theory of backstyle high jump, and provide some theoretical basis and the scientific basis for the teaching and training.
