摘 要:本文采用文献资料、问卷调查法等对课余训练经费、训练组织形式、训练待遇和运动员及教练员的管理等现状的满意度进行调查,研究发现:多数高职院校对训练队的管理方式是有比赛,即组队集中训练;对教练员和运动员采取平时训练补助和赛后奖励两种办法,运动员对训练补助和奖励机制的满意度要明显高于教练员;运动员对于教练员的训练方法不满人数居多,教练员和运动员对体育场地、设施满意度偏低。Through using the method of literature review and questionnaire, this paper makes investigation on extracurricular training funds, training organization form, training and athletes and coaches treatment of the management of the current situation of the satisfaction. The result shows that the most of the higher vocational colleges training force management way is to have game, namely group focus on training; coaches and athletes to take peacetime training subsidies and extracurricular training to reward, athletes training subsidies and reward mechanism for the satisfaction to significantly higher than the coaches; Athletes of the coaches for training methods dissatisfaction number is in the majority, coaches and athletes about sports fields and facilities satisfaction low.
