摘　　要：目的探讨31例住院精神疾病患者使用日常生活用具自杀未遂的原因及相关因素分析。方法 1999-2011年住院精神疾病患者。运用自编自杀未遂登记表及阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行分析。结果年龄低,文化水平低,无业下岗患者多;经济收入低,家人关心少。1月内发病5例(16%),吞异物18例(58%),不安心住院12例(38%),幻觉、妄想11例(35%),冲动控制障碍14例(45%),PANSS因子分均提示偏重。6例(19%)情感性精神障碍抑郁发作,SDS、SAS显示中度抑郁和轻度焦虑。抑郁发作和精神分裂症发生率高(83%),与精神症状有关。结论自杀未遂者弱势群体多与精神症状有关,早期住院患者与不安心住院患者应引起重视。Objective To investigate and analyze the reason,the methods and the related factors about 31 mental disease inpatients who attempted suicide by daily appliances.Methods Using the self-scales for suicide attempters,PANSS,SAS and SDS to analyze the mental disease inpatients from 1999 to 2011.Results Lower age,lower levels of education,unemployment,lower income or less concerned by family members could be found with 31 cases of attempted suicide patients.There were 5 cases（16% of patients）who fell ill within one month,18 cases（58% of patients）swallowed the foreign bodies and 12 cases（38% of patients）were unstable to stay hospital.There were 11 cases（35% of patients）with the symptoms of hallucination or delusion,14 cases（45% of patients）with impulse disorders and the levels of PANSS factors were all middle and serious.There were 6 cases（19% of patients）with the diagnosis of mood disorder of depressive episode and the results of SAS and SDS showed moderate depression and mild anxiety.The diagnosis of depressive episode or schizophrenia with 83% of patients were proved to have the higher incidence.Conclusion Suicide attempters are mostly in vulnerable groups,and they have obvious psychiatric symptoms.We should pay attention to the early hospitalized patients and unstabled inpatients so as to eliminate the hidden dangers from the source.It＇s important for us to treat in time,to strengthen the doctor-patient communication and to pay attention to the patients heart activity.
