摘　　要：红细胞生成素（erythropoietin，EPO）属于细胞因子类，在外周血液循环中主要促进红细胞生成。基础研究显示，EPO可通过多种机制减轻缺血性脑损伤，但同时有许多问题未能解决；另外，EPO的2项临床试验结果也很不一致。文章对EPO研究中存在的问题进行了综述。Erythropoietin （EPO） belongs to cytokines. It mainly promotes erythropoiesis in the peripheral blood circulation. Fundamental research shows that EPO can reduce cerebral ischemic injury through a variety of mechanisms, but at the same time, there are many unsolved problems. In addition, the two clinical trial outcomes are also very inconsistent. This article reviews the problems in EPO research.
