珍宝丸对精神分裂症阴性症状的作用

摘　　要：目的珍宝丸对精神分裂症阴性症状的治疗作用分析。方法使用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、副反应量表(TESS)作为检验工具,筛选45例使用抗精神病药物治疗12周无效的患者,加用珍宝丸治疗12周。对采集的量表数据进行χ2检验统计分析。结果经过治疗加用珍宝丸后精神分裂症的阴性症状有明显改善,4周总有效率为24.5%,8周总有效率为51.1%,12周总有效率为75.6%,治疗后8周总有效率与4周比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后12周总有效率与4周比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);且BPRS、SANS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);TESS未见严重副反应。结论珍宝丸是针对精神分裂症阴性症状有效的民族方剂。Objective To evaluate the therapeutical effect of Zhenbao Pill on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） and Negative Syndrome Scale（SANS） and psychotropic medication side effects scale（TESS） were selected to assess the clinical efficacy and side effects.45 patients with antipsychotic drug treatment were screened,in addition,who had used in combination with Zhenbao Pill for 12 weeks.Chi-square test was used to analysis the collected data.Results It was found that Zhenbao Pill had significant effects on negative symptoms of schizophrenia after treatment,the total effective rate after treatment of 4,8,12 weeks were 24.5%,51.1% and 75.6%,there was significant difference on the total effective rate between after treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks（P 0.05）,and there was highly statistical significance between after treatment of 4 weeks and 12 weeks（P 0.01）;the total scores of BPRS,SANS were significantly decreased（P 0.05） and TESS scores was found no serious side effects.Conclusion In the treatment about negative symptoms of schizophrenia,the Zhenbao Pill as a traditional preparation is recommended.
