焦虑症患者行为特征与心率变异性频谱分析的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探索焦虑症患者的行为特征及其与心率变异性的相关性。方法选取焦虑症患者108例,其中,惊恐障碍患者50例,广泛性焦虑患者58例,健康对照者60例。对患者和健康对照者进行TABP心理评定,同时应用24 h动态心电图记录器,对焦虑症患者进行HRV指标的测定。结果惊恐障碍患者和广泛性焦虑患者与健康对照者相比,普遍具有A型行为的特征(P<0.05),惊恐障碍患者和广泛性焦虑患者之间在行为类型上没有显著差异(P>0.05);具有A型行为特征的焦虑症患者其时间紧迫感(TH)、无端敌意(CH)、TH+CH均与心率变异度LF/HF指标具有显著负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论焦虑症患者的A型行为特征与自主神经功能平衡性具有负相关性,纠正自主神经功能紊乱有可能改善焦虑症患者的A型行为模式,更好地缓解患者的焦虑情绪。Objective To investigate the correlation between behavioral characteristics of anxiety patients and HRV.Methods 108 patients with anxiety were selected,including 50 panic disorder（PD） patients and 58 generalized anxiety disorder（GAD） patients,at the same time 60 healthy controls were involved in the study.Patients and healthy controls were evaluated by type A behavior pattern scale（TABP）,while 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiographic recording was used to detect HRV indicators for anxiety patients.Results Compared with healthy controls,PD and GAD patients had more characteristics of type A behavior（P 0.05）;there was no significantly difference between PD and GAD in the type A behavior（P 0.05）.The scores of competition or hostility（CH）,time hung（TH） and CH＋TH were significantly negative correlation with LF/HF in anxiety patients（P 0.05）.Conclusion Type A behavior characteristics of anxiety patients are negative correlation with the balance of autonomic nervous function,and correcting autonomic nerve dysfunction may improve the type A behavior characteristics of anxiety patients,relieve anxiety emotion of patients preferably.
