淋巴化疗应用于胃癌淋巴转移灶的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴化疗应用于胃癌淋巴转移灶的临床治疗效果。方法本次实验以本院2010年1月～2011年1月所收治的60例胃癌患者为实验对象,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组患者接受淋巴化疗治疗,对照组患者接受血液化疗治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗,两组患者临床症状都有所缓解,其中,实验组患者治疗后在Bcl-2表达、细胞凋亡发生率和S期细胞比例等方面都显著优于对照组患者,两组患者的实验数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次实验结果表明,淋巴化疗应用于胃癌淋巴转移灶的临床治疗效果显著优于血液给药化疗的治疗效果,有利于加速患者淋巴系统的肿瘤细胞凋亡,对于淋巴转移灶的治疗效果十分直接,因而具有较高的临床推广和使用价值。Objective To explore the clinical treatment effective of lymphatic used in gastric cancer chemotherapy lymph node metastases.Methods Collected the 60 cases were gastric cancer patients from January 2010 to January 2011 to be the objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group were accpeceted the lymphatic chemotherapy,the control group were received the blood chemotherapy,then the effective of the two groups were comparative analyzed.Results After treatmented,clinical symptoms of two groups were to ease,Bcl-2 expression,cell apoptosis rate and S phase ratio cells of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,two groups patients had remarkable contrast statistical differences with experimental data（P0.05）.Conclusion This experimental results showed that the clinical treatment of gastric cancer chemotherapy is significantly better than blood drug treatment effective,it is advantageous to the acceleration of the patients the lymphatic system apoptosis,and the treatment effective of the lymph node metastases very directly,have the higher clinical promotion and using value.
