摘　　要：为适应现代大学生心理特点的转变,高校教育管理体制改革创新的不断推进,高校教师亟需改变创新原有的学生管理工作方式。通过深入了解现阶段大学生心理特点及产生根源,剖析高校教育管理体制改革方向,探讨教师创新学生管理工作的具体措施,有助于培养大学生德智体全面发展,保护大学生健康成长,推动教育管理体制改革创新。Both the change of the modern college student psychological characteristics and the reform of college education management,require college teachers to improve the original student management.The reason of the change of college student psychological characteristics and the reform trend of college education management are analyzed to improve the student management reform,which contributes to the student all-round development,and the education management system reform innovation.
