摘　　要：在任职教育培养的背景下,本文围绕士官队管理这个主题,以士官学员在校四个阶段为牵引逐步展开,突出了提高学员管理带兵能力和岗位任职能力这两个重点,同时,对如何开展教学训练中的思想政治工作,支部工作等进行了探讨,形成了任职教育条件下士官队的管理思路。Under the background of vocational education culture,this paper focuses on the sergeant team management,and analyzes it from four stages in school.It highlights the sergeant ability in leading and vocation.At the same time,it discusses how to develop ideological and political education of teaching and training,brigade work,and forms the sergeant management idea under vocational education.
