摘 要:在分析常规木材干燥烘房存在的问题的基础上,论述了木材干燥烘房风机同步回转自动供风系统和气流调控引导送风系统这两项自主知识产权技术,两项技术配合使用能实现烘房内热空气流的平稳、均匀、可调的正反向循环流动,满足木材干燥工艺要求.实际应用证明,新颖烘房保证了多种木材的干燥质量,显著降低了木材的干燥能耗,节省耗电量60%以上,缩短了干燥周期,有效提高了烘房工作效率,方便了烘房的操作运行.Based on analyzing the existing problems of conventional wood-drying kiln,two creative techniques,to which have been granted the national inventive patent,were introduced—the device for fans automatically synchro rotation and the device for controlling and adjusting air flow in circulating air supplying system of a wood-drying kiln.A steady and even circulating hot air flow,which can be regulated to straight or reverse direction,can be formed to meet the technology requirement of wood-drying when these two techniques are applied coordinately.The results of practical applications show that the drying quality of various kinds of wood can be guaranteed,the electric power used in wood-drying may be saved greatly,the efficiency of wood-drying can be increased effectively,and the maintenance and operation of wood-drying kiln can be carried out easily when the new techniques are adopted.
