摘　　要：文中分析了零售业农产品供应链的成本构成,对隐含成本及其对农产品供应链成本造成的影响作了阐述。针对当前零售业农产品供应链成本管理存在的问题分析其成因,提出降低农产品供应链成本的对策。This paper analyzed the cost structure of agricultural products supply chain in retail trading,elaborated the implicit cost and it’s impact to the agricultural products supply chain cost.In view of the current problem in agricultural products supply chain cost management of retail trading,the paper analyzed the causes of problems and put forward the countermeasures to reduce agricultural products supply chain cost.
