摘　　要：库存管理是连锁零售企业管理的重要内容。根据近几年国内外连锁零售企业解决库存问题的经验来看,必须在供应链管理环境下进行准确的需求预测分析。文中分析了连锁零售企业库存管理中存在的一系列问题,并由此阐述了供应链需求预测的方法及其具体实施的步骤。Inventory management is very important in retail business management.According to the experience of retail chain enterprises in solving inventory problems at home and abroad in recent years,accurate demand forecasting must be analyzed under supply chain management environment.This paper analyzes a series of problems in the inventory management of retail chain enterprises,and expounds supply chain demand forecasting methods with specific implementation steps.
