摘  要:对灵芝菌丝体的多糖含量进行了测定,得多糖含量为3.84%。运用DEAE Sephacel柱层析技术从菌丝体中纯化出M1、M2和M3等3种多糖组分,分别占菌丝体多糖总量的47.19%、31.18%、11.02%。体外抗氧化活性试验结果显示,M1对羟基自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)的清除能力最强,M2次之,M3最弱。The polysaccharide content of mycelia from Ganoderma lucidum was determined and its value was 3.84%. The methods of DEAE Sephacel column chromatography was employed to purify the raw polysaccharide of mycelia. The results showed that there were three kinds of fractions marked M1, M2 and M3 in raw polysaccharide of mycelia, contents of which were 47.19%,31.18% and 11.02% respectively. In the anti-oxidantaction experments of scavenging hydroxylr adical (·OH) and superroxide anion radical (O2-.), M 1 had the strongest power, M2 was second and M3 was the weakest.
