摘　　要：机械设计参数的合理选择是机械设计制造中非常重要的环节,而机械设计参数选择非专业因素影响分析与研究已经引起相关技术人员的重视。分析了机械设计参数选择非专业因素影响造成安全系数、结构功能、精度质量和成本效益产生变化,依据近年来的统计数据,选择了学科专业、学历层次和心理素质等多种非专业因素作为研究对象,基于多因素实验统计分析方法,设计了单因素和正交实验方案。并对实验结果进行了系统地分析研究,初步获得机械设计参数选择影响规律,得出了可为机械设计参数的合理选择提供参考的结论。Reasonable selection of mechanical design parameter is a critical step during the process mechanical design.The investigation on influence of nonprofessional factors in parameter selection of mechanical design has caught the attention of researchers.The changes caused by influence of nonprofessional factors in parameter selection of mechanical design of safety coefficient,structural function,precision quality and cost efficiency are analyzed.According to statistical data in recent years,subject and major,standard of education background and psychological diathesis and etc are selected to be the objects of study.Single factor and orthogonality experiments are designed based on muti-factor statistical analysis method.The influential law in parameter selection of mechanical design is achieved by systematically analysis on experiment results,also providing the references for reasonable parameter selection of mechanical design.
