摘  要:为提高刀剪表面质量,提出对传统液压仿形法磨刀工艺进行改进。通过开发数控加工专用特殊循环指令G66 L88,G66 L8,实现变圆弧曲面的特殊循环加工,再结合剪刀片的安装工艺,在数控专用磨刀机上用专用指令磨削刀片上的刀背圆弧曲面、刀肚圆弧曲面及刀刃口等。实验证明,此方法执行后,刀剪表面的粗糙度精度提高了,由原来仿形法磨削最高Ra1.6现达到Ra(0.4~0.2),且刀纹路细腻,表面不留刀痕,剪刀工作上下刃口配合间隙均匀、刃口锋利,提高了刀片表面质量精度。此磨削指令同样适合其它类型刀片的磨削。Traditional profiling method grinding technique is suggested to be improved to enhance the surface quality of scissor.The specially cycle instruction G66L88 and G66L8 in numerical control processing is developed,and changing arc surface can be cycle processed.Therefore,with the installation technique,the arc surface of the black,belly and edge of scissor can be grinded in numerical control grinder using specially instruction.The result showed that the roughness reached Ra0.4~0.2um,compared with Ra1.6 when using traditional profiling method,and the edge had uniform thickness,and the outer surface of the arc appearance had delicate marks without defects,and also double-edged scissors mouth arc had tangent line,sharp and durable cutting edge.The surface precision quality is enhanced.The technique can also fit the grinding of other scissor.
