高速气涡轮手机在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的应用

摘　　要：目的:为减少在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的创伤与时间,观察选用高速气涡轮手机拔除下颌阻生智齿的效果。方法:对采用高速气涡轮手机拔除下颌阻生智齿的临床资料进行分析和研究。结果:高速气涡轮手机在拔除下颌阻生智齿时,创伤小,手术时间短,能消除患者的恐惧心理。结论:高速气涡轮手机拔除下颌阻生智齿是一种省时、省力、减少术中术后并发症的拔牙方法。Objective： To reduce trauma,to save time in wisdom tooth extraction in the lower jaw and to assess the effect of High speed air turbine in the mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction.Methods： Clinical data of high speed air turbine in removal of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were analyzed and studied.Results： Mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction with high speed air turbine could eliminate the fear of the patients,with little trauma and short operation time.Conclusion： Mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction with high speed air turbine is an effective and safe method,with time and the effort saved and with postoperative complications of tooth extraction reduced.
