摘 要:开发了一种搅拌器性能测试平台,并介绍了该平台结构特点、工作原理和使用性能,说明了桨叶升降平台的作用以及适用的桨叶,对相关软件作了介绍。经测试证明,该实验平台性能稳定,可用于研究测试浆叶的搅拌性能,以此测试平台为基础开发了搅拌器性能测试实验教学装置;和以往装置比较,具有适用范围广、测试精度高、操作迅捷,利用该装置能够进行搅拌技术相关方面的研究和评价,并已在教学实验中取得了很好的教学效果。A mixer performance testing platform and supporting software was designed. The structure characteristics, working theory and performance of the stirring tank were introduced, the role of' the blade lifting platform and the type of applicable blade were illustrated, and the related software was also introduced. Application indicated that the testing platform possesses high stable preeision and could be used for testing the performance of tdades as experimental teaching device. Compared with the platforms in the past, it possesses a wider using range, high accuracy, easy to operate, h can be used for comprehensive scientific study and estimation of mixing technology, which have achieved some good teaching effect.
