摘　　要：马克思主义大众化与思想政治教育具有内在的理论契合。在马克思主义大众化视野下,增强思想政治教育有效性,存在诸如认识层面、路径层面、方法层面和队伍层面等制约因素。为此,要从转变教育观念、夯实理论基础、创新方式方法以及加强师资队伍建设等多方面入手。Popularization of Marxism and the ideological and political education are intrinsically linked. In the background of Marxism popularization, there are such factors in the aspects of recognition, path, method and personnel that restrict the effec tiveness of ideological and political education. Therefore, things should be done to change the educational concept, to lay a solid theoretical foundation, to innovate educational means, and to improve the quality of the teaching staff.
