摘　　要：应用ABAQUS结合借用压力容器相关强度理论,以某品牌圆热水器的内胆为例,讨论不同工况情况下热水器内胆的应力分布情况,并进一步对该型号热水器内胆的壁厚进行优化设计,最终得到在保证内胆强度需求的前提下的最小壁厚为1.3mm。By using ABAQUS software combined with Pressure vessel strength theory,numerical simulation the stress distribution for a round heater liner in different working conditions.And then optimize designed the thickness of the heater liner,Eventually got the minimum wall thickness under the premise of ensuring the interior strength needs 1.3mm.
