应用型自动化人才实践创新能力的项目依托式培养方法

摘　　要：根据自动化专业贴近生产、强调实践等特点,系统探讨了应用型自动化专业人才实践创新能力的项目依托式培养方法,就项目设计、实践创新精神、协调沟通能力与全过程控制等方面给出了可行的措施与手段。教学实践表明:所提出的项目依托式培养方法与实施途径对自动化专业的实践创新能力的提高切实可行,效果良好。Automation speciality,which aims to promote production and solve problems in actual production engineering,is analyzed.Then,project oriented cultivation for innovation practice talent of application automation speciality is suggested and planned systematically.Feasible ways and methods on project design,cultivation of innovation spirits,communication skills,and the whole process control,etc,are also advised.Relative teaching experiments indicate that with the methods advised,innovation practice talent of application automation speciality students can be improved effectively.
