国外生育保险制度对我国的启示

摘　　要：借鉴他国生育保险制度的成功经验,积极推进我国生育保险制度的发展与完善。仿效他国生育保险制度立法先行,制定《生育保险条例》,进一步扩大生育保险的覆盖面,提高生育保险待遇,完善我国生育保险法制化建设。分析各国将生育保险与医疗保险合并管理的诸多优点,实现生育保险与医疗保险的有效衔接。鉴于我国生育保险基金筹集渠道过窄的现状,主张拓宽生育保险基金筹集渠道。Referring the experiences of other countries' maternity insurance system,we should take vigorous action to expand the development and improvement of the maternity insurance system in China.We should imitate other countries' Maternity Insurance System to legislate' Maternity Insurance Regulations'.This can expand the scope of maternity insurance,improve the treatment of maternity insurance and perfect the legal construction of the maternity insurance in China.By analyzing the benefits of the merging management of maternity insurance and medical insurance,we strongly suggest that we should merge the implementation of maternity insurance and medical insurance.In view of the current situation of having relatively few channels for raising funds for maternity insurance,we advocate expanding channels for raising fund for maternity insurance.
