对应用型本科院校实施“卓越计划”的思考

摘　　要：实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是推进我国高等工程教育改革、促进高等工程教育质量全面提升的重大举措。应用型本科院校应转变观念,树立大工程观,以社会需求为导向,构建凸显工程特色的人才培养体系,推行基于问题、项目、案例的研究式学习方法,形成以过程考核为主的课程考核评价体系,以培养适应经济社会发展需要的高水平工程技术人才。Implementing the ＂Cultivation Plan of Outstanding Engineers＂ is a significant action to promote the reform of advanced engineering education and boost the overall quality of it in China. Application-ori- ented universities should change their educational notion and set up the new concept of ＂grand engineering＂. Being oriented by social needs, the universities need to establish the talents training system characterized by engineering, promote the learning methods based on the research of questions, projects and cases and form the assessment system of courses which focuses on the process evaluation. Meanwhile, they ought to forge an advanced faculty with full-time or part-time members to cultivate advanced engineering technical talents who can meet the needs of the development of economic society.
