摘　　要：根据单片机自身发展和应用的趋势,分析了目前高校单片机课程开设的现状,指出了在现有课程体系下人才培养的局限性。讨论了基于Cortex-M3内核的单片机课程改革,并提出了课程的建设方案。According to the development of single chip microcontroller and its application, the status of the curriculum development of SCM in college was analyzed. Then it pointed that talent training was limited to the present curriculum system. The reform based on Cortex-M3 was discussed with proposals.
