摘　　要：宫颈癌是妇科最常见的恶性肿瘤。由于对该病普查工作的广泛开展和检测技术的提高,使其早期检出率明显提高,早期根治手术亦成为可能,术后患者的生存率明显提高。近20年来,宫颈癌的发病呈年轻化趋势,而随着个体生育年龄和绝经年龄的推迟,生育前及绝经前宫颈癌发病率相对升高。对生育期宫颈癌患者治疗后生活质量,尤其性生活质量的改善,不仅对维持家庭和谐及和睦的夫妻关系至关重要,而且对患者自身的身心健康也十分重要。现就宫颈癌患者术后生活质量的研究现状,进行综述如下。Cervical cancer is the most common gynecologic malignant tumor.The detection rate of early cervical cancer increases significantly due to the wide spread of the census and the improvement of the inspect technology.Thus,early radical surgeries become possible and the survival rate of postoperative patients rise to a large extent.As childbearing and menopause delay,the rate of cervical cancer in pre-childbearing period and pre-menopause relatively increase.Quality of life especially quality of sexual life is important for patients that in their child-bearing age.Its good for the family relationship and the recovery of patients＇mental health.Here,the summary of the life quality in patients experiencing cervical cancer surgery.
