摘　　要：政论文具有体现党和国家大政方针,关系国家和民族利益的特性,因此其英译的重要性不言而喻。从语篇视点的角度出发,对政论文英译进行新的解析,指出译者应对原语语篇的视点进行正确解码,在掌握原文背景知识的基础上,重构语篇,将原作者的意图准确地呈现于译文中。Political articles embody the fundamental policies of the party and state, so it is important to translate them into English. This paper analyzes the translation of political articles from point of view and point out that the translator should accurately understand the point of view in the source language text and grasp the background knowledge of original text to show the source language author＇s intentions.
