摘  要:企业文化已经成为现代企业管理的核心和重要特征,成为一种文化品牌,自觉加强企业文化建设,对于提高企业管理的品位和效能、调动人的积极性、挖掘人的潜能,具有根本性的作用。文章分析中国平安保险股份有限公司企业文化状况,总结中国平安保险股份有限公司企业文化存在着没有形成良好的制度文化、文化发展与公司发展需求不相适应、人才流动强影响文化传承的问题。最后结合企业文化和保险行业的相关知识提出相关建议,如发挥公司的主导和协调作用形成制度文化、积极改善文化与品牌建设环境、多渠道发扬企业文化等。Corporate culture has become the core and key feature of modern enterprise management and a cultural brand. It can provide a company with its own unique flavor, improve its management and efficiency, mobilize employees' activity and develop their potential. The paper analyzes the corporate culture of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China. Ltd. , points out some problems caused by it, such as the disaccord between its cultural development and the company itself and talent flow which impacts on culture inheritance and finally according to some relevant knowledge on corporation culture and insurance industry, the paper proposes suggestions, such as, to play the leading and coordinating role of a company in creat- ing corporate culture, to create a good environment for the construction of culture and brand and to maintain corporate cul- ture by various means.
