摘　　要：在对跨国并购问题国内外相关研究述评的基础上,文章揭示了跨国并购中的财务整合问题及其存在风险,提出了加强对跨国并购整合工作,特别是对企业财务的整合和对人力资源的整合等方面的建议。Based on the relevant literature review home and abroad, this paper points out problems and potential risks of financial integration in the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises, and puts forward suggestions on the integration, especially about the integration of finance and human resources.
