物质资本、人力资本密集型企业创业特性与转型机理

摘　　要：人力资本密集型企业具有不同于物质资本密集型企业的特性。从创业关键性资源、创业融资、行业进入壁垒、创业风险及创业成长的关键因素等五个方面比较人力资本密集型企业与物质资本密集型企业的创业特征后发现:人力资本密集型企业对关键性资源的控制力较弱,其融资方式以风险投资为主。新创业的企业面临的进入壁垒相对较低,创业风险相对较高,其创业成长的关键因素在于人力资本的激励和投资。The human-capital-intensive firm has some characteristics which is different from the physical-capital- intensive firms. The authors compare the entrepreneurial characteristics of human-capital-intensive firms and the physical capital-intensive firms from five aspects of critical resources of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial financing, industry entry barriers and crucial factor of entrepreneurial growth. The results show that human-capital-intensive firms are weak in controlling on key resource, its main financial way is risk investment, barrier to entry for new business start-ups is relative low but the innovating risks is relative high. The key factors for their innovation and development are the incentive and input of human capital.
