国产美罗培南治疗血液病化疗所致中性粒细胞减少的伴发感染

摘　　要：目的观察国产美罗培南在恶性血液病化疗后导致中性粒细胞减少的伴发感染治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2008年8月至2011年8月期间在我院血液科住院的恶性血液病患者180例,化疗后合并感染,应用国产美罗培南抗感染的疗效和不良反应。结果 180例患者中,有效率为75%(135/180),不良反应率为4.4%(8/180)。结论国产美罗培南在治疗恶性血液病合并感染安全有效。The chemotherapy of hematologic malignancies often causes severe neutropenia and subsequent severe infection.This study was designed to investigate whether Meropenem could effectively control such infection during chemotherapy.We retrospectively analyzed the therapeutic effects,infection status and adverse reaction of Meropenem on 180 patients at the department of haematology in our hospital during Aug 2008 to Aug 2011.We found that Meropenem was effective to control the infection derived from the neutropenia post chemotherapy in 75% patients（135/180）,and only 4.4% patients（8/180） showed apparent adverse reaction.Results in this study suggest that Meropenem is effective and safe enough for the treatment of the infection derived from the chemotherapy of hematologic malignancies.
