乳腺导管造影对单发导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价乳腺导管造影对单发导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析29例乳腺单发导管内乳头状瘤患者的资料,所有病例均行乳腺X线平片摄影、乳腺导管造影检查及手术病理确诊。结果乳腺X线检查,有阳性征象者2例,占6.90%;乳腺导管造影检查阳性28例,占96.55%,正确诊断23例,占79.31%。造影检查的主要表现为导管内充盈缺损、伴或不伴近侧导管扩张,或表现为中央导管完全梗阻、断端呈杯口状。结论乳腺导管造影对单发导管内乳头状瘤有重要诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the value of ductography in the diagnosis of breast solitary intraductal papilloma.Methods Files of 29 patients with breast solitary intraductal papilloma proved by pathological results were analyzed.All cases received mammography and ductography.Results Mammogram showed positive sign in 2 cases（6.90%）.Ductography showed positive sign in 28 cases（96.55%）,and 23 cases（79.31%） were diagnosed correctly.The characteristic image of breast solitary intraductal papilloma in ductography included intraductal filling defects,with or without ducal expansion toward the nipple,or complete obstruction of major duct,with meniscus like appearance.Conclusion Ductography is of great value in the diagnosis of breast solitary intraductal papilloma.
