成人肝未分化肉瘤的CT诊断(附3例报告及文献复习)

摘　　要：目的探讨成人肝未分化肉瘤的CT诊断价值。方法利用多层螺旋CT对3例成人USL患者进行容积扫描,并行多平面重组(MPR)。结果 CT平扫显示3例成人患者病灶均为单发的囊实性肿块,直径超过10cm,大部分位于肝右叶。增强扫描实性部分明显强化,囊性部分无强化,肿块周边可见假包膜。3例均经过手术病理证实。结论多层螺旋CT对诊断USL有较高的价值,结合临床、其他影像学检查及实验室检查可提高诊断率。Objective To evaluate the role of CT in diagnosis of adult undifferentiated sarcoma of the liver（USL）.Methods 3 adult patients with USL were performed by multislice CT and reconstructed by multiplanar reconstruction.Results CT scan revealed that the lesions of 3 adult patients were all solitary cystic or solid tumor,and their diameters were above 10cm and most were located in right lobe of liver.The solid part of tumor was obviously enhanced while the cystic part was not enhanced.Moreover,a thin pseudocapsule was seen surrounding the tumor.3 cases were proved by operation and pathology.Conclusion Multislice CT has an important role in diagnosis of USL.Furthermore,combination multislice CT with clinical features,laboratory tests and others imaging examination can improve its diagnostic accuracy.
