摘　　要：目的:报告2例罕见的颌面部神经内分泌癌,以便提高临床诊断和治疗水平。方法:分析2例颌面部神经内分泌癌的临床表现、组织学形态、免疫表型及预后,并对该疾病的相关文献进行复习。结果:2例颌面部原发神经内分泌癌患者,1例在术后半年发生局部复发并行第2次手术,另1例患者术后接受放疗,随访2年未见复发。结论:颌面部神经内分泌癌是一种罕见的高度恶性肿瘤,早期即可发生转移,预后差。Objective.. To report 2 cases of patients with rare neuroendocrine carcinoma in the maxillofacial region, and to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatments of neuroendocrine carcinoma. Methods.. The clinical manifesta- tion, pathologic patterns, immunophenotypic features and prognosis of neuroendocrine carcinoma were analysed. Results.. One of 2 cases of oral maxillofacial neuroendocrine carcinoma was locoregional relapse after surgery and ac- cepeted operation again after six months. Another patient received postoperative radiotherapy was not locoregional relapse up to postoperative 2 years. Conclusion.. Neuroendocrine carcinoma occured in the maxillofacial region is a rare and highly malignant tumors with early metastasis and bad prognosis.
