摘 要:基于ASME VIII-2,对于用于深水的水下高承压壳体结构的设计进行了研究。介绍了材料的选择方法及利用按规则设计方法进行设计的具体步骤,得到了仅受横向外压时不同厚度壳体的许用外压,对受轴向和环向组合应力工况下的壳体进行了校核,得到了许用压缩应力。建立了水下承压壳体结构的有限元实体模型,利用ASME VIII-2中的按分析设计方法进行了弹塑性分析,得到了破坏极限压力和许用外压,数值计算结果和理论计算结果相近,表明该结构设计合理,满足使用要求。Study of structural design for subsea high pressure shell was carried out based on in ternational code ASME VIII-2. The method of material selection and the procedure of design by rule are introduced. Allowable external pressure of the shell in different thickness was obtained and the shell under axial and hoop combined stress conditions was checked to get the allowable compressive stress. The solid finite element model of subsea high pressure shell was built and e lastic-plastic analysis was done by ASME VIII-2 design by analysis to get the collapse limit pres sure and allowable pressure. The results of the theoretical computation and numerical computa- tion are closed to each other, which mean the design of the structure is fair and satisfies the oper ational requirements.
