摘　　要：拔尖科技人才的素质结构主要包括良好的智力禀赋、富有创造性思维、合理的知识结构、创造性心理品格、高尚的道德情操。培养拔尖科技人才必须注重基础科学教育与专业知识教育相结合,掌握创造性思维方法,注重创造心理品格的养成和良好文化氛围的构建。The quality structure of outstanding talents in science and technology include, good intellectual endowments, prolific innovative mentality, rational knowledge structure, innovative psychological quality and noble moral sentiment. Due attention should be paid to a balanced education of basic disciplines and professional principles, cultivating innovative thinking modes and innovative psychological quality, and constructing a good cultural environment in training outstanding talents in science and technology.
